We have a repair shop in California, if you are close to the shop, you can go there for repair. Or we can send you the replacement part and video for you to change yourself.
Does this bike come with a twist throttle or thumb throttle?
It is a thumb throttle.
Can I change the throttle to the twist one?
No, you can not change it, even if you find the right size to fit the handle, the program inside the controller is not compatible.
